Cosmic Radiation
The phenomena comprised under the title of "cosmic radiation" reveal, to the creative mind, the proper context for considerations of culture and statecraft. Tensors
Our senses do not perceive reality, but that does not mean we should abandon them altogether. Rather, we must peer "in between" them. The the physical tensor was most clearly demonstrated by and then elaborated by Carl Gauss, in his discovery of the orbit of Ceres and his subsequent work on curved surfaces and potential. The concept which underlies the physical tensor, however, was applied by all creative geniuses such as Plato, Kepler, Bach, et al. Through more than one sense, or shadow, of the real world, the creative mind can grasp what is invariant among them, i.e. that which is casting the shadow. After Gauss, the physical tensor was further developed by Riemann and applied by Einstein in his theory of relativity. We, along with Vernadsky, wish to take the concept further into the domain of the science of physical economy.
